12-MONTH WARRANTY

At Valento, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Valento products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

WHAT’S COVERED

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal and intended use of the product, including:

  • Defective materials or components
  • Faulty stitching or seams 
  • Defective straps, buckles, fasteners or adjustment systems 
  • Structural or functional defects caused by manufacturing. 

If we determine that your product has a defect covered by the warranty, we will, depending on the circumstances, repair the product, replace it, or provide another appropriate solution.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

Motocross and enduro are demanding sports, and equipment will naturally experience wear over time. The warranty therefore does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by crashes, impacts or accidents 
  • Cuts, abrasions, scratches or cosmetic damage 
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation or incorrect maintenance 
  • Damage caused by modifications or repairs not approved by Valento 
  • Loss or theft 
  • Damage resulting from using the product outside its intended purpose.

Normal signs of use that do not affect the product’s function are not considered manufacturing defects.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem 
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue. 

We may request additional information or images if necessary to assess the claim. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will contact you with the next steps.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date and applies to the original purchaser.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Our 30-day return policy and 12-month warranty are separate. Returns are subject to our Return Policy, while this warranty applies specifically to eligible defects in materials or workmanship.
