At ValentoCo, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy and a 12-month limited warranty to give you confidence in every purchase.

1. Returns & Refunds

Refunds You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for our voluntary return policy, products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with valid proof of purchase.

Customized or personalized products, used items, and gift cards are generally excluded from voluntary returns. To request a return, contact info@valentoco.com with your order number. Our team will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, where permitted by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally appearing within 5–10 business days after processing.

2. Damaged or Defective

Products If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

3. 12-Month Limited Warranty

All original ValentoCo products include a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials, stitching, and components arising during normal, intended use. It does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Crashes, impacts, or accidental damage.
Cuts, punctures, abrasions, or external damage.
Improper installation, washing, or maintenance.
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications.
Lost or stolen products. Approved warranty claims may result in repair or replacement.

4. Warranty Claims

To submit a claim, email info@valentoco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or video. We may request additional information or a product inspection before determining warranty coverage.

5. Consumer Rights Our voluntary 30-day return policy and 12-month warranty do not limit your statutory consumer rights. Eligible EU customers generally have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions. Statutory rights concerning defective products may extend beyond our 12-month warranty. Applicable consumer protection laws always take precedence
